Arch support insoles!!!!!!! I said...

One of my friends was having pain whilst we where out on a run.... it then dawned on me how to stop this... (i wanted him to keep up with me when we go running and this foot pain was holding him back) well like i was saying it dawned on me that some arch support insoles is what he needed so that is what i told him to get.. and he did! Next time we had a run he could keep up no problem.. so from months of lagging behind now thanks to the insoles he can finally keep up.

There really are some freak on forums... especially on seo forums.. seo is a way of making money and methods are rare to come by at the best of times... now why is it that retards (i do think that they must have something wrong with them and they must be lonely people who want to impress people on forums) start telling people loads of different and not obvious (even though i have already thought of them..) methods to rank high on search engines....... are they daft or what... thankfully not all my methods are being used as i dont tell anyone them... but idiots who come up with the same ideas seem to just tell people on forums.. i dont know what they are expecting to get. a prize? No all what is gonna happen is the method because common knowledge and over used....... as more and more people use it search engines become wise and combat against it. WHAT FREAKS YOU STUPID MORONS REATRDS ON FORUMS GO TO HELL!
